Introduction: Join our innovative team as we revolutionize the BPO/Call Center industry by deploying cutting-edge NLP AI technologies. We are currently seeking highly-skilled NLP/AI Engineers who will play a key role in the development of an advanced AI chatbot by leveraging deep learning, GenAI and AIOps.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain AI models focused on natural language processing and sentiment analysis for real-time conversation analysis.
  • Build and manage ETL pipelines and data ingestion processes to handle large-scale data from telecommunication interactions.
  • Implement MLOps and AIOps frameworks to ensure scalable model training, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Utilize AWS S3 for efficient data storage and manage secure API integrations for seamless data flow across platforms.
  • Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) using Git Actions and other relevant tools.
  • Maintain version control and manage model artefacts to ensure reproducibility and consistency across deployments.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in NLP, machine learning, and sentiment analysis
  • Strong expertise in Python, including libraries like NLTK, SpaCy, or equivalent for NLP tasks.
  • Experience with AWS services, particularly S3, AWS Glue, Lambda, and Sagemaker and understanding of API integration.
  • Experience working with Test, Dev and Prod environments.
  • Proficient in MLOps, AIOps, and managing ETL pipelines.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes, version control systems like Git, and automation through Git Actions.
  • Ability to design and deploy robust model endpoints and handle model artefacts efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
  • Previous experience developing chatbots or similar AI-driven interaction tools.
  • Experience in a startup or dynamic high-growth environment is a plus.
