Curiolabs is at the forefront of artificial intelligence and machine learning innovation. We're seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer to join our team and help push the boundaries of what's possible with large language models (LLMs).

We seek an experienced AI/ML Engineer specializing in fine-tuning and optimizing large language models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in natural language processing, deep learning, and hands-on experience with state-of-the-art LLM architectures.



Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement fine-tuning strategies for large language models to improve performance on specific tasks or domains
  • Develop and maintain pipelines for efficient training and evaluation of LLMs
  • Optimize model performance, focusing on accuracy, inference speed, and resource utilization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM capabilities into production systems
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in LLM research and implement novel techniques
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools and frameworks for LLM experimentation and deployment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on natural language processing and deep learning
  • Proven experience fine-tuning large language models (e.g., BERT, GPT, T5)
  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Experience with distributed training and optimization techniques for large-scale models
  • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, including transfer learning, few-shot learning, and prompt engineering
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model versioning, experiment tracking, and deployment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for large-scale model training and deployment
  • Contributions to open-source projects or research publications in the field of NLP or LLMs
  • Knowledge of model compression techniques, such as quantization and pruning
  • Familiarity with ethical AI principles and practices for responsible AI development
