Job Description


  • BUILD ASYM’s BFSI CLIENTS ROSTER WITH AWARD-WINNING WORK.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research to understand client target demographics and online behaviour.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand voice.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Identify and leverage relevant social media influencers & content creators to expand brand reach.
  • Manage and oversee social media calendars, ensuring timely and consistent content posting.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, impressions) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate insightful reports to measure the success of social media campaigns and provide recommendations for optimisation.
  • Collaborate with all internal & external teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all channels.
  • Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.


Qualification

· Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns – experience with clients/brands/accounts in BFSI SECTOR preferred.

· In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their unique audience demographics and content formats.

· Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and informative content.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.

· Passion for social media and a keen eye for creative content.

· Experience with social media scheduling tools a plus.
