We are DOTO KIDS, a utility-first kidswear brand for Indian kids. Our mission is to create a brand loved by parents and kids alike by focusing on comfort, functionality, and creative storytelling. We're looking for a dynamic Assistant Brand Manager to join our team and lead the charge in building a strong, inspiring brand presence. 

Role Description

As the Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and owning the brand's language—how DOTO KIDS looks, feels, and speaks across social media, the website, and all other customer touchpoints. You will also strategize, ideate, and execute creative campaigns while being hands-on in content creation. Working closely with the co-founders, you will craft a brand tone that resonates with moms and kids, ensuring our mission shines through every interaction. Basically, you will lead the charge of creating the "irrational love" for our brand. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Management

  • ● Plan, execute, and oversee the brand's social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • ● Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely, engaging posts.
  • ● Analyze social media performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
  • ● Be ready to roll up your sleeves and create content yourself, including writing
  • captions, ideating reels, and conceptualizing photo/video shoots.
  • ● Spend time with our target audience—moms and kids—to understand their needs
  • and translate insights into authentic and relatable content.
  • 2. Brand Language & Visual Identity
  • ● Own and define the brand's visual and verbal language, ensuring consistency across all platforms, including social media and the website.
  • ● Develop and maintain a cohesive look and feel that aligns with DOTO KIDS' values and resonates with our audience.
  • 3. Brand Activations & Campaigns
  • ● Brainstorm and execute brand activations, both online and offline, to drive awareness and engagement.
  • ● Coordinate with co-founders and external partners to bring campaign ideas to life.
  • ● Develop a roadmap for brand campaigns with clear objectives, timelines, and
  • budgets
  • ● Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to create visually compelling content.
  • ● Drive the creative vision for campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone and values
  • 4. Customer Engagement & Insights
  • ● Engage directly with moms and kids to gather insights that inform brand direction and campaigns.
  • ● Use customer feedback to craft relatable and effective storytelling for the brand. 

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years in brand management, social media management, or marketing
  • Brand Management, Marketing, and Market Research skills
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in developing and implementing brand strategies
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
