As we expand our global footprint, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with expertise in ESP and Fabric Filter systems to join our innovative team to drive business in the Middle East and Africa region ( MEA)


Position: ESP & Fabric Filter Sales Engineer


Location: Chennai (preferred) / Bangalore /Delhi / Kolkata


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within target industries such as power generation, cement, steel, and manufacturing.
  2. Solution Selling: Collaborate with customers / dealers to understand their unique environmental challenges and develop tailored solutions utilizing ESP and Fabric Filter knowledge
  3. Technical Expertise: Serve as the first point of contact and providing technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.
  4. Project Management: Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to project delivery, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  5. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decision-making and market positioning.
  6. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in technical sales, with a focus on ESP and Fabric Filter systems.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of air pollution control regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Good technical knowledge of ESP & Fabric filter systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Experience in handling overseas customers in the MEA region will be an added advantage
