Job responsibilities:

● Collaborate with product designers and product managers to understand user needs, product requirements, and business objectives.

● Craft clear, concise, and user-friendly content for digital interfaces, including websites, mobile apps, user interfaces (UI), and interactive experiences

● Develop and maintain content style guides, tone of voice guidelines, and UX writing best practices to ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints.

● Conduct content audits and user research to identify opportunities for content optimization and improvement.

● Participate in design sprints, brainstorming sessions, and user testing activities to iteratively refine content based on user feedback and usability testing results.

● Work closely with localization teams to adapt and translate content for international audiences while maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency.

● Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to align UX copy with overall brand messaging and marketing campaigns correction.


Qualifications and skills:

● Proven experience (X years) as a UX writer, content strategist, or similar role, preferably in a digital product or tech company.

● Strong portfolio showcasing UX writing samples and examples of clear, concise, and user-friendly content for digital interfaces.

● Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.

● Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to empathize with users to create content that meets their needs and expectations.

● Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, as well as project management tools such as Jira.
