With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced nCino Product Engineer with deep expertise in Commercial Loan Origination processes and Salesforce-based implementations. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, business analysts, and technology teams to execute and maintain the nCino product roadmap, ensuring seamless integration, performance, and user experience.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and execute product roadmap for nCino implementation under the direction of a Lead Product Manager.Execute product vision for multiple workstreams of the nCino implementation.Own and manage use case strategy, backlog creation, and drive technology build and test activities with a focus on “definition of done.”Analyze current and target state processes and flows to support architectural runway and scalability.Drive sprint planning and execution in collaboration with technology partners in an Agile environment.Ensure alignment of technical design and configuration with business objectives.Prepare and execute user acceptance test plans and scripts.Assess, prioritize, and manage defect resolution, ensuring business and support approval.Perform production validation and post-deployment verification.Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned nCino products and Salesforce systems.Serve as a trusted advisor to peers and stakeholders, providing expert-level guidance.Communicate effectively with project teams and product leadership on initiative progress.Monitor and ensure success metrics and KPIs are achieved.Partner with UX, Marketing, and Training teams for rollout, adoption, and change management.Mandatory Skills✔ Strong hands-on experience in nCino Commercial Loan Origination module✔ Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Lightning components✔ Solid understanding of financial products (loans, collateral, credit memos, covenant tracking, etc.)✔ Experience in Agile delivery – sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story management✔ Ability to design and execute UAT and production validation✔ Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
