We are seeking a Software Engineer – Automation Tester (nCino) with 3+ years of experience in the nCino Loan Origination System and strong Salesforce APEX, configuration, and admin skills. The role involves nCino/Salesforce integrations, workflow development, data migration, and implementation, with certifications in nCino, Salesforce, and preferably AWS. Banking domain knowledge, commercial loan origination experience, and multiple module expertise are highly valued. Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and self-driven problem-solving are essential. Requirements Education Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience) Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product management with the nCino Loan Origination System. Demonstrated experience in the implementation of the nCino Loan Origination System. Technical Skills Salesforce APEX Development Experience in nCino Configuration Proficiency in nCino Administration Experience in nCino/Salesforce Integration Development Development and Maintenance of nCino Workflows Experience with nCino Implementation Experience in nCino Data Migration Understanding of Design Principles Experience in Cloud Security Experience in Cloud DevOps nCino Certification Salesforce Certification AWS Certification Functional Skills Thorough understanding of the banking sector and the associated terminologies. Hands-on experience in Commercial Loan Origination. Experience as an nCino Administrator with a comprehension of functional impacts. Expertise in specific modules developed over several years. Knowledge in managing multiple modules simultaneously. Ability to comprehend client-specific requirements. Proficient in maintaining close coordination with business stakeholders. Experience throughout the complete product lifecycle. Understanding of dependent systems. Soft Skills Capable of influencing various teams regarding technical considerations, thereby enhancing their productivity and effectiveness through the dissemination of extensive knowledge and experience. A self-motivated individual who takes initiative, demonstrating the ability to independently manage and drive projects while fostering collaboration across organizational teams. Possesses exceptional soft skills and interpersonal abilities to engage with and present ideas to senior and executive management.
