Key Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment (preferably in a staffing agency environment).
Experience recruiting for a range of IT roles, including technical, development, and support positions.
Strong knowledge of US recruitment practices, including experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 contract models.
Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Dice, Monster, etc.), and other sourcing tools.
Experience in cold-calling and building relationships with passive candidates.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup with a laptop and reliable Wi-Fi.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with IT staffing firms or US clients.
Familiarity with recruitment tracking tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
