 Help implement operational improvements to enhance client service

delivery and ensure satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related customer-facing role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support effective client and team interactions.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively to meet client needs and deadlines.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools and project management software.

Client-focused with a proactive attitude to solving problems and enhancing the client experience.
