Mizuho Global Services Private Ltd (MGS) is a subsidiary company of Mizuho Bank, Ltd, which is one of the largest banks or so called 'Mega Banks' of Japan. MGS was established in the year 2020 as part of Mizuho's long-term strategy of creating a captive global processing center for remotely handling banking and IT related operations of Mizuho Bank's domestic and overseas offices and Mizuho's group companies across the globe.

Position: Global Securities Support


Required Skills:


1.ISDA/CSA terms set up knowledge.


2.Good understanding of end-to-end Collateral Management operations with respect to OTC

uncleared derivatives right from Margin call Issuance to Agreement and Settlements.


3.Knowledge of Margin call calculation, netting cashflows. Interest settlements/rollovers.


4.Good understanding of EMIR/DODD Franck act regulations with respect to new margining rules and OTC trade portfolio reconciliation & Disputes management.


5.Knowledge of Acadia soft, Tri-resolve and ALGO applications an added plus.


6.Ability to communicate clearly and precisely to external clients.


7.Complete understanding of Cash, Equities and Bond settlements process. Knowledge of Swift messaging Payment system will be a plus.


Qualification: Bachelor's /Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business administration or a related field


Experience: 3-5 years’ Experience in Collateral Management for OTC Uncleared Derivatives, Margin calls Issuance, Agreement and settlements.
