Office Administrator

Our client company is seeking an Administrative Assistant, and the ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
- Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
- Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
- Respond to questions and requests for information
- Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
- Managing and processing invoices, receipts, and related financial documentation.
- Supporting payroll operations and handling associated financial records.
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
