Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Lead the design and development of IoT-based products, managing the entire product life cycle from schematic design, PCB design, and BOM preparation to product documentation and manufacturing support.
  • Schematic Design: Create and optimize schematic designs for various IoT devices, ensuring functionality and reliability.
  • PCB Design: Develop PCB layouts and designs from schematics to Gerber files, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • BOM Preparation: Prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOM), coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers for efficient production.
  • Product Documentation: Produce and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and testing protocols.
  • Manufacturing Support: Provide technical support during the manufacturing process, troubleshooting issues and ensuring product quality.


Skill Set:
  • Power Electronics & Circuit Design: Proven experience in power electronics, switch-mode power supply design, analog-digital circuit design, and BLDC motor control drives.
  • Microcontroller & Microprocessor Design: Strong expertise in designing microcontroller and microprocessor-based systems, with a focus on high-speed board bring-up design.
  • PCB Design & Simulation: Proficiency in PCB design, from schematic to Gerber, including simulation using tools like Altium and Eagle.
  • EMI/EMC & Certification: In-depth knowledge of EMI/EMC testing and experience in obtaining CE certifications.
  • IoT Device Expertise: Hands-on experience with IoT devices, including Wi-Fi modules, Zigbee, and Bluetooth, is a significant advantage.
  • Electronics Principles: Strong understanding of electronics principles, components, and their operating principles.
  • Simulation Tools: Familiarity with various simulation tools such as PSpice, MATLAB, and Proteus.
  • Peripherals Knowledge: Knowledge of peripherals like I2C, UART, SPI, GPIO interrupts, and timers.
  • Board-Level Testing: Competence in board-level testing and troubleshooting, including soldering skills.
