As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our sales process, acting as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our HRMS solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs and demonstrate how Akrivia HCM's solutions can address their HR and operational challenges. You will work closely with our sales, product, and implementation teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from the initial engagement through to solution deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their HRMS needs and business objectives.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and discussions to showcase the value and capabilities of our HRMS solutions.
  • Respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) in collaboration with product and technical teams.
  • Finalize the scope of HRMS projects with clients, ensuring clarity on deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
  • Provide insights into product integrations, highlighting how Akrivia HCM can seamlessly connect with existing ERP systems and other business applications.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, product, and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately understood and met.
  • Keep abreast of HRMS industry trends, competitor offerings, and market needs to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and training for sales teams on product features, updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or consulting within the HRMS, ERP, or related software industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and how HRMS solutions can drive efficiencies and strategic outcomes.
  • Proven track record of delivering engaging product demonstrations and successfully managing RFP responses and scope finalizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Technical proficiency with HRMS/ERP systems and understanding of software integrations.
  • Ability to travel as required for customer meetings, presentations, and events.
