Responsibilities include supervising faculty, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation, setting strategic goals, and promoting collaborative initiatives. The Dean will engage in student development, evaluate academic performance, and contribute to research and community outreach programs to enhance AIBM’s reputation as a leading institution.QualificationsQualification and requirements as per UGC/AICTE/Gujarat Technological University GuidelinesStrong leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning abilitiesExperience in academic administration, curriculum development, and faculty managementExcellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skillsProven track record in teaching, research, and community engagementDoctorate in Management or a related field, along with substantial academic or industry experienceKnowledge of current trends in business education and the ability to adapt to evolving industry needsCommitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and a culture of academic excellenceSalary scale: 90,000 - 1,25,000/-
