We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated B2B Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, possess extensive knowledge of email marketing strategies, and excel in lead generation initiatives. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.


Key Responsibilities:


1. B2B Sales:

  - Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market segments.

  - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.


2. Email Marketing:

  - Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing clients.

  - Develop compelling email content and messaging that aligns with the company's brand and objectives.

  - Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments for optimization.


3. Lead Generation:

  - Utilize various channels and tools to generate high-quality leads.

  - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling lead magnets and content.

  - Implement effective lead scoring and qualification processes to prioritize opportunities.


4. Market Research:

  - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.

  - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.


Qualifications:


- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- In-depth knowledge of email marketing strategies, automation tools, and best practices.

- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights for continuous improvement.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.


Education and Experience:


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing and sales roles.
