Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager at Femmella in Gurugram. The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. They will also manage financial reporting, internal controls, accounts receivable and payable, and audits to ensure regulatory compliance and financial stability.



Accounting:

·     Responsible for day-to-day accounting while ensuring accounting standards

·     Reviewing and monitoring expenses

·     Accounts receivable & payable management

·     Reconciliation of bank statements

·     Consolidation of books

·     Close the books of Accounts on monthly basis

·     Liasoning with CFO and Auditor


Finance:

·     Funds management & liasoning with bank(s)

·     Funds Management for loan disbursement

·     Preparing and finalization of financial statements

·     Taxation & Statutory Compliances

·     Income Tax, GST, TDS & related compliance

·     Preparation of monthly TDS, GST reports

·     Internal Audit

Handle all payroll processing duties ensuring accuracy, compliance with local regulations, and timely processing; and provide assistance to human resource department when necessary


MIS & Reporting: 

·     Preparing MIS reporting and reporting to management on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

·     Review & Submission of performance report & other various MIS reports as required by management.


Team Leadership:

·     Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations

·     Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the department


Skills and Qualifications:


·     Should have experience handling a team of at least 4-5 people

·     Excellent knowledge of Accounting Software

·     Strong financial, numeracy and Excel skills including accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to operate complex financial systems

·     Strong organisational skills including planning, developing, implementing and maintaining financial administrative systems.

·     Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage demanding priorities and deadlines

·     Experience working with cross-functional teams and external advisors

·     Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

·     Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
