Responsibilities/ Skillsets:

  • Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) to evaluate the structural integrity and performance of designs.
  • Perform structural analysis and design using advanced computational tools and techniques.
  • Develop computational models for complex structural systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve structural engineering problems encountered during design process.
  • Conduct simulations and perform parametric studies to evaluate the performance, durability, and safety of structural components.
  • Optimize designs for cost & performance.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet project requirements, codes, and standards.
  • Perform validation and verification of computational models.
  • Document design processes, simulation results, and engineering decisions clearly and comprehensively.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that computational design approaches are effectively integrated into the product life cycle.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, software, and technologies in computational structural engineering.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on computational analysis and design.
  • Proficiency in Grasshopper, Rhino
  • Proficiency in analysis applications SAP, ETABS, SAFE or similar.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, c #, or similar for developing custom analysis tools.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in structural engineering from a reputed institute.
  • Certificate Courses in programming will be preferred.
