We are building AI-powered products with cutting-edge technologies. Our stack includes Python, Flask, PostgreSQL, Next.js, AWS, and more. We are looking for a Senior Technical Team Leader to lead our development team end-to-end, ensuring seamless project execution and team collaboration.


Job Title: Head of Technology & Development

Location: Pune, India

Experience: 5+ years


Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers across frontend and backend technologies.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.

Project Management:

  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Technical Oversight:

  • Guide architectural decisions and code reviews for the entire stack.
  • Ensure system performance, scalability, and security standards.

Hands-on Development:

  • Contribute to coding and debugging where necessary, particularly for complex challenges.

Process Improvement:

  • Drive continuous improvement in development practices, tools, and team workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications


Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


Technical Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of backend technologies: Python, Flask, PostgreSQL.
  • Proficient in frontend development: Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Experience with AWS services (EC2, Route53, S3, etc.) and Nginx for server management.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.


Leadership Skills:

  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make technical decisions.


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team while managing performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI-based product development.
  • Knowledge of Redis, Celery, and integration with third-party APIs.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
