Human Resources Business Partner role is responsible for working closely with Senior HRBP in the deployment of key HR initiatives across functional pillars. Drive Business Results, with a focus on partnering business leaders deliver function-led priorities for People & Culture. Guiding manager and staying current on industry best practices, embracing, and driving change, and providing innovative people solutions. Build our culture through talent development programs and high employee engagement by connecting directly with employees.


Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation of HR programs and policies that align with business objectives.
  • Work closely with team leaders to address HR-related questions and provide guidance on best practices for employee management.
  • Develop and promote initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including surveys and feedback sessions.
  • Support talent development programs by driving training sessions, workshops, and employee development plans.
  • Drive onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the team.
  • Take actions on key employee programs basis HR metrics such as turnover rates, GPTW scores, employee satisfaction, and training participation for management review.
  • Help communicate and reinforce HR policies and procedures to employees and managers, ensuring compliance and understanding.
  • Address employee concerns or conflicts, guiding them to appropriate resources or processes as needed.
  • Contribute to special HR projects or initiatives, providing support and input to enhance overall HR effectiveness.


Qualifications


  • 3-5 years of HR Business partner experience post MBA.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills paired with excellent judgment, analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Drive for results with strong execution focus.
  • Good understanding of compliances.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate organizational change and to foster linkage between business objectives and human resources activities.
  • Demonstration of strong planning skills essential and good project management skills
  • Strong desire to improve our service, products, and processes, with ability to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills – ability to prepare and analyse reports, translate data into recommendations and take appropriate action to achieve desired business result
