About role: We are seeking a talented and driven PLC and Automation Systems Engineer to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, efficient systems.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and gaining a deep understanding of customer needs for PLC and automation systems.
  • Offering the best suited product solution from available product list.
  • Engineer and design PLC systems tailored to meet the water from air system’s automation requirements.
  • Developing of PLC and HMI programs as per clients flow/ inputs
  • Create the Instrumentation and control system related drawings and documents like logic diagram, I/O List, Bill of material, PLC related documents like Communication list, Alarm/trip list, signal list, Monitor screen documents and customized documents as per customer requirement etc.
  • Onfield testing of developed programs and troubleshooting for any faults in systems.
  • Configure communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet IP, Profinet, Profibus, CC-Link, RS-485, and Modbus) to integrate with third-party systems and PLC setups.
  • Supervising installation and guiding technicians at client side
  • Offering product and technical trainings to clients, channel distributors and PAN India team members.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary components and equipment.
  • Compile project documentation and reports for review by management and clients.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project milestones.
  • Conduct regular checks to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in PLC programming and automation systems.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams.
  • Experience with PLC hardware and software from leading manufacturers
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
