RPA Developer

Job Description:

As a RPA Developer specializing in Automation Anywhere, you will play a vital role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. Collaborating with senior developers and business analysts, you will contribute to the creation of efficient and effective automation workflows that optimize business processes and drive operational efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in designing, developing, and configuring automation workflows using the Automation Anywhere platform.

- Collaborate with senior developers to translate business requirements into automated solutions.

- Participate in the creation of bots that perform tasks such as data entry, data extraction, and process orchestration.

- Work with business analysts to understand existing processes and document process requirements.

- Assist in analyzing processes for automation potential and feasibility.

- Assist in testing automation workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Identify and debug issues within automation processes and contribute to their resolution.

- Provide support for deployed automation solutions, ensuring their smooth functioning.

- Assist in monitoring the performance of bots and addressing any issues that arise.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align automation solutions with business needs.

- Learn from senior developers, gaining knowledge of best practices and techniques for effective RPA development.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of automation processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent

experience).

- Basic understanding of RPA concepts and the Automation Anywhere platform.

- Some familiarity with programming/scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or VBScript.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience or coursework related to RPA, process automation, or workflow design.

- Knowledge of automation tools, especially Automation Anywhere.

- Exposure to database systems and SQL.

- Eagerness to learn and develop skills in RPA and process automation.

- Certification in Automation Anywhere (e.g., Automation Anywhere Certified RPA Professional) is a plus.
