- Working closely with his manager for driving and project management of the automation and digitization initiatives to digitally transform the organization.
- Provide program management support for the Digital Group in terms of project updates, stakeholder requirements, risks, benefit realization and alignment to strategy.-
- Manage day-to-day support of software solutions at enterprise level and responsible for internal customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the implementation partners for smooth implementation by facilitating the various phases of project implementation by involving all the stakeholders.
- Focus on Business Benefits / ROI / Payback and bring measurability for the same in every initiative
- Should be open to travel to plant locations for project requirements.

- Experience in dealing with ambiguous and undefined problems; ability to think abstractly.
- Understanding of Cloud Platforms / Cloud Architecture like AWS, Azure, GCP etc.
- Understanding of the business processes of various corporate functions such as HR, Corporate Communication, Corporate Affairs, Finance automation, etc.
- Agility to learn and develop in-depth understanding of the business processes and facilitate business process optimization and improvements
- Experience in managing big scale software deployment projects to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative fast paced environment
- Excellent written/oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and highly organized with solid problem-solving & critical thinking skills
