Role Description:
- Handle Regular Customers and Increase Sales (Plan Actual)
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly Customer Engagement on Open Orders
- Identify new markets and business opportunities in the forging industry
- Build and manage a sales pipeline
- Monitor competitors and industry trends, providing actionable insights to the team
- Customer Relationshipment Management
- Independently handling Export OEM Clients
- Understands Customer Requirements - Drawings, BOM
- Experience in Negotiation for RFQs and Contracts
- >3 Years in B2B Sales - Industrial products / Manufacturing Industry
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal, Written)
- Hands on PPT, Excel, Power BI - data analysis
- System Approach
