Function: HR

Designation: Field Trainer

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: Up to 6 months of work experience (experience in teaching, mentoring, or public speaking during school/college preferred).

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Location: Gurgaon (with travel to warehouse and field locations)

Travel Requirement: Frequent travel to warehouse and field locations as per training needs (travel arrangements or reimbursement provided as per company policy)


Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Trainer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with up to 6 months of experience as a trainer/assistant trainer/SME role, who was actively involved in extracurricular activities during school or college, is extroverted, and has a passion for teaching.

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions for blue-collar

employees, ensuring they acquire the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles. This is a field-oriented role that requires frequent travel to various warehouses and field locations.


Key Responsibilities:


Training Delivery:

Conduct interactive training sessions in Hindi and English for warehouse and field employees.

Use various teaching methods like presentations, role-plays, and practical demonstrations to enhance learning.

On-the-Job Training:

Travel to different warehouses and field locations to deliver hands-on, practical training tailored to operational needs.

Training Design and Preparation:

Assist in creating training materials, including slides, manuals, and handouts, suited to the audience's needs.

Ensure content is clear, concise, and engaging.

Feedback and Reporting:

Collect and analyze feedback from trainees to continuously improve the training programs.

Maintain training records and submit detailed reports on training outcomes.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with HR and operations teams to identify training gaps and plan sessions accordingly.

Coordinate with other trainers to standardize and improve training quality.


Language Proficiency: Must be good in both Hindi and English.

Personality:

Outgoing, confident, and approachable.

Passionate about teaching and mentoring.


Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage and connect with an audience.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
