Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days


Job Description:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven 10+ years’ experience in project management, with a focus on SAP ECC implementations and roll-outs.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP core module PaPM functionalities, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.

- Experience in leading SAP PaPM module implementation projects from initiation to closure.

- Experience in delivering the SAP PaPM module in managed services model for example : Implementation / roll-outs / support in one go. (Desired)

- Experience in leading the technical teams and consultants to configure and customize PaPM modules according to business requirements.

- Strong understanding of financial concepts, such as profitability analysis, cost allocation, and performance management.

- Experience in change management and business process optimization.

- Experience in project scoping, solution, and deliverables.

- Experience in delivering comprehensive project plans, timelines, and proposing budgets.

- Experience in conducting user training sessions and facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.

- Experience in Identifying project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.

- Proven track record of monitoring project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and taking the corrective actions.

- Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies (AGILE / ASAP / ACTIVATE) and tools.

- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
