RESPONSIBILITIESThe role will provide general administration assistance as well as technical system support to the finance teams using the Tag Workday AdaptivePlanning tool. Working with teams across 4 regions (Americas, APAC, EMEA, and India) to support their new system requirements and BAU system issues. The successful candidate will need to be proactive and feel comfortable working with various stakeholders (including senior) to deliver new functionality and necessary updates to the current system model. They should be able to analyse requirements, provide guidance on best practice and help to steer the Finance teams to the best system solutions. They will also work closely with the Group Reporting team to create meaningful reports and dashboards which are adaptable to changes in business operations.The successful candidate will have strong Excel skills and accounting knowledge and experience. Workday Financials/HCM experience is also preferable.Role DescriptionAdministrationUpdate and create security and functionality access for all usersMaintain modelling functionality in Adaptive, e.g. levels, dimensions, attributes, accounts, versions, sheets, modelled sheetsAdaptive HTML and Office Connect report writingFinance supportResolve all finance tickets and issues in a timely mannerPrepare and deliver training of current and new functionalityBuild and maintain relationships with key finance stakeholders globallyPerform the monthly/quarterly/annual system tasks as per the Finance timetablesIntegration and data loadsMaintain current integrationResolve any integration errors or failsReconciliationCreate and maintain reconciliation method between Adaptive and Workday for actuals dataCreate and maintain reconciliation method between Adaptive and Workday for levels, dimensions and attributesSystem developmentImplement new functionality, e.g. dashboards, capex modelsImplement new integration, e.g. data sources, loadersImplement new formulaeTesting of new features and developmentsSystem ownershipMaintain relationship with Adaptive supportOwnership of Adaptive production, sandboxes and Office ConnectLOCATIONWe currently work in a remote hybrid model with offices in Chennai and Bangalore. TIMINGSWe work on rotational shifts that change depending on the region you are working with and at the discretion of your line manager.
