About the Role:

  • We are seeking a talented Salesforce Project Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for designing and refining Salesforce solutions that deliver real value to clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions.
  • Refine existing Salesforce implementations to optimize performance and align with best practices.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and integration to streamline GTM processes.
  • Support clients in adopting RevOps strategies through Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and trends to bring innovative ideas to our projects.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce project management.
  • Must hold at least one Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or equivalent). Multiple certifications are a strong plus.
  • Proven experience in refining, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, capabilities, and limitations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
