*Job Summary*: 


As a *Product Manager* at Utopiic, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our SaaS platform by developing and executing sales strategies to target new customers and expand existing relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align product positioning with market needs, and play a critical role in influencing the product roadmap based on customer feedback.


*Key Responsibilities*:


- *Sales Strategy & Execution*: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in product adoption across target markets, with a focus on expanding Utopiic's client base.

- *Lead Generation & Prospecting*: Identify, target, and engage prospective clients through networking, outbound efforts, and lead qualification. Build a strong sales pipeline for the product.

- *Client Relationship Management*: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, providing in-depth knowledge about Utopiic's product offerings.

- *Presentations & Demos*: Conduct high-impact product demos and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the value proposition and competitive edge of Utopiic’s platform.

- *Collaborate with Marketing & Product Teams*: Work closely with marketing to develop materials and strategies to support sales efforts. Collaborate with product teams to feedback customer insights for future enhancements.

- *Sales Forecasting & Reporting*: Track and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline health to ensure targets are met. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress.

- *Negotiation & Closing*: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with potential clients to close deals effectively and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.

- *Market Intelligence*: Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine the sales approach and provide input to the product development team.


*Qualifications*:


- *Experience*: 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within sustainability or ESG-related products.

- *Education*: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

- *Sales Skills*: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with demonstrated experience in lead generation, negotiations, and closing large enterprise deals.

- *Technical Knowledge*: Understanding of SaaS-based solutions, product demos, and familiarity with ESG frameworks is highly preferred.

- *Communication Skills*: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- *Customer-Centric*: Ability to understand customer needs and craft tailored solutions that position Utopiic as the optimal partner for their ESG journey.

- *Problem-Solving*: Strong analytical skills to identify problems, generate insights, and craft solutions that resonate with clients.

- *Collaboration*: Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.

- *CRM Expertise*: Proficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
