Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Oracle ARCS ConsultantJob Type: FulltimeLocation: PuneResponsibilities:Liaise with client application lead for day-to-day activities.Work in L2 support and Enhancements for issues related to Oracle A RCSTickets tracking, resolving and SLA managementSuggest Best Practices & improvements in the current ARCS landscapeAttend all internal and client meetings.Coordinate with other teams, business users, Vendor (e.g. Oracle)Help in patching and monthly closure activities.Documenting and Maintaining SOPs and KEDB24x7 support for P1 issues.Raise risks/issues (if any) on ti me.Skills & Experience Required:10+ years of hands-on experience in L2 Application Support and Enhancements for Oracle A RCSWell versed in with ARCS Architecture and Business processes of Reconciliation, Transaction MatchingExperience in understanding current architecture and p roviding improvement suggestionsHands on experience in r esolving tickets and meeting SLAsExcellent communication skillsReady to work 3pm to 12 midnight IST shift
