Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with the overall brand objectives.

Manage and optimize web journeys across all digital touchpoints, including website, mobile app, and social media platforms.

Plan, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns across various channels like search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing (SMM), display advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.

Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape and recommend innovative strategies for brand growth.

Partner with external agencies to execute digital campaigns and ensure effective brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Analyze campaign performance data and generate reports to measure ROI and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, customer service) to ensure a seamless digital experience for customers.

Foster a collaborative and data-driven culture within the digital marketing team.


Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the life insurance sector.

Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

Strong understanding of the life insurance industry and its target audience.

Expertise in martech tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, FireBase, SEO tools, social media management platforms, email marketing platforms).

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Open-minded, adaptable, and passionate about staying updated with the latest digital trends.
