Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist (B2B) located in Faridabad. As a Sales Specialist (B2B) at Innotec Power, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with business clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements. You will work closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. In addition, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably selling to OEMs
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the EV or selling to OEMs industry is a plus
