- Manage and respond to correspondence and communications efficiently.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule and arrange internal and external meetings for [Executive/Department/Team].
- Coordinate with attendees to confirm availability and meeting logistics.
- Keep team members informed about important meetings, deadlines, and updates
- Guest Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests and clients.
- Manage guest schedules, including accommodations and transportation.
- Ensure guests receive a welcoming and professional experience during their visit.
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate arrangements for extended stays of guests/clients.
- Travel Arrangements:
- Plan and book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Handle any changes or issues that arise with travel plans.
- Personal Payment and Financial Activities:
- Assist with processing and managing personal payments and expenses.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure timely processing
