**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Schedule Management**:

- Maintain and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate and schedule personal and professional engagements.
- Set reminders and handle meeting prep.
- **Travel Arrangements**:

- Plan and organize domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Draft, proofread, and edit documents and presentations.
- Manage expense reports and budgeting.
- **Personal Errands**:

- Assist with personal shopping, errands, and household tasks as needed.
- Liaise with service providers, contractors, and vendors.
- **Project Management**:

- Help manage and coordinate personal and professional projects.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on specific tasks or issues.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and organizing events, dinners, and special occasions.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- High attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a similar role.
