Position Overview: Dream Travel Yaari is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. The Senior Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for leveraging their expertise in travel planning and sales to create bespoke travel experiences for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, exceptional customer service skills, and a deep passion for travel.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel preferences, needs, and budget constraints.
  • Design custom travel itineraries that reflect clients' interests, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience from start to finish.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, activities, and travel logistics, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of global travel trends and destinations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional travel services, such as tours, travel insurance, and special experiences.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, including new destinations, products, and travel regulations, to continuously enhance expertise and service offerings.
  • Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate client records, track sales activities, and generate reports for management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of [2 years of experience in travel sales, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex travel arrangements clearly and persuasively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine passion for delivering memorable travel experiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
