Since past 32 years, Kadkraft Systems is providing solutions for product design, manufacturing simulation, and training, including 3D printing services. The company offers internationally proven solutions for engineering design, such as KISSsoft for gear design, Adstefan for casting simulation, Simufact for forging simulation, Dynaform for sheet-metal manufacturing analysis and Siemens NX for CAD design.
Role Description
The Sales Business Development professional will be responsible for lead generation, market research, customer service, and effective communication to drive business growth and establish strong client relationships.
For sales the products to be handled are engineering design and simulation software, 3D scanners and 3D printers. Services business related to gearbox design, simulation services and 3D scanning related services would also be a part of the responsibility.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any engineering discipline, preferably in mechanical engineering
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Experience of 2-4 years in B2B sales and business development
- Experience in the sales of CAD/engineering design software will be preferred
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with engineering design and manufacturing concepts is a plus
- Experience in dealing with with automotive OEMs, TI/T2 suppliers, casting, forging and industrial machinery segment
- Should be able to identify the opportunities to engage in technical pre-sales activities like need analysis and product presentations
- Must be aware of R&D requirements related to CAD, analysis, reverse engineering and quality inspection
