Minimum Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field for 3-5 years • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow Development with a focus on building custom applications, Integrations, and workflows.

• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and other ITSM modules.

• Proficiency in configuring and customization including foundational data setup such as service catalog, categories, items, and request workflows.

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration HUB and data exchange mechanisms.

• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management principles.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
