Akshayakalpa Organic is India’s first and most significant organic milk producer reaching about 150,000 households every day in Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad. We exist to fix the wrong that has been done to farmers and food in the last few decades. Our resolve is to make it right for both. We do this by creating role model farmers in villages who can inspire other farmers to stay put, grow and thrive in their own villages.
We are Looking for TED - Co-Ordinators with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience for our locations in Tiptur, Bangalore, and Chennai.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the market-based training programs across Akshayakalpa to meet the following objectives:
a. Journey of Akshayakalpa with the core philosophy of Food Quality, Farmer Revenue, Soil and Biodiversity Conservation.
b. Better understanding of Akshayakalpa Product USPs – Food Production Technology and Sustainability.
c. Consumer-facing pitch – Quality and Sustainability.
d. Product presentation.
e. Error-free delivery and dispatch.
2.Drive the market-based training programs across Akshayakalpa to the following team:
a. Market-facing team:
i. CRM/ORM.
ii. Sales and Marketing.
iii. Distribution and Last Mile.
3.Planning and Execution of market-facing training programs across Akshayakalpa:
a. Bangalore – 500 trainings in a year.
5.General Responsibilities:
a. Prepare Monthly MIS, Reports, and Documentation.
b. Hire, Train, and Mentor new team members.
c. Design and develop training modules with expertise in building learning plans and documentation for both standard and customized processes.
d. Design and develop training curricula focused on Leadership Building, Skill, and Knowledge Development.
e. Ability to simultaneously manage training logistics for multiple sessions, and work as both an individual contributor and as part of a team to achieve goals.
f. Organize farm- and market-level training programs in collaboration with extension and marketing teams to regularly enhance the capacity of farmers and staff in dairy management, with the aim of increasing productivity, quality, profitability, and supporting sustainable market initiatives in Bangalore and Chennai.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
1. 2-3 years of experience in Training and Teaching.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
3. Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).
4. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
5. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Associate degree and master's degree preferred
