Role: Clinical Data Management

Work location: Mumbai/ Pune/ Bangalore

Experience: 1 - 5 years’ relevant experience in Data Manager & Senior Data Manager

Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in Life Sciences (Pharmacy/Biotechnology/Nursing/Dental, etc.)


Job Description:

Data Manager: Roles and Responsibilities:

Knowledge of clinical trials, regulatory guidelines and SOPs related to Clinical Data Management

Understand and Interpret study protocol to data review process

Review CRF/eCRF data, generate computerized edits and manual data checks, resolve data queries in accordance with DMP and interaction with clinical teams

Training and hands-on experience with Veeva Vault CDM would be desirable

Ability to review CRF and non-CRF data/third party data

Ensure study documentations, trainings and audit related readiness is adherered

Effective in communication with internal and external stakeholders (written and verbal)

Cross-functional team-work and adherence to project timeline (interim/final locks/milestones)

Ability to suggest process improvements and automations that will contribute to efficiency at work

Senior Data Manager: Roles and Responsibilities

In addition to the role of Clinical Data Manager:

Provide training, mentoring and coaching of Clinical Data Managers

Review/QC the outputs, perform quality control of all deliverables for the study

Interface with sponsor Data Management Lead for planning and execution of DM activities as per project plan and timelines

Strong communication with knowledge of project management principles

Provide therapeutic area and indication trainings to the team

Cross-functional collaboration to understand the study expectations and plan the execution
