Job Overview:

This role is open to candidates with 2+ years of experience in Amazon Advertising / Ecommerce Operations / Retail Media Management. The role involves managing advertising campaigns, creating and maintaining product listings, resolving account issues, and designing and maintaining Amazon Storefront to maximize visibility and sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Advertising Management
  • Develop and execute Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP).
  • Perform in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to refine targeting.
  • Optimize bids, budgets, and ad placements to improve ROI and sales velocity.
  • Create detailed campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.


Product Listing and Optimization
  • Create and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content).
  • Ensure product images meet Amazon’s quality guidelines and enhance visual appeal.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic ranking and visibility.
  • Regularly audit listings to maintain accuracy and compliance with Amazon policies.


Issue Resolution and Account Management
  • Address and resolve listing suppressions, account health warnings, and other operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings to improve the product’s performance.
  • Work with Amazon Seller/Vendor support teams to resolve escalated issues.


Storefront Creation and Maintenance
  • Design and maintain the Amazon Storefront, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and seasonal updates.
  • Regularly update the storefront with new products, banners, and promotions to enhance user experience.
  • Track and analyze storefront traffic and conversion metrics to optimize layout and design.


Analytics and Reporting
  • Monitor sales performance, advertising KPIs, and inventory trends.
  • Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, product sales, and market insights.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data-driven analysis and competitor research.



Business Development
  • Work closely with the team on business development activities.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Amazon advertising, product listing, and account management.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central.
  • Expertise on other digital marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Amazon tools (Advertising Console, Brand Analytics, Helium10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
