Responsibilities:

  • Execute, optimize, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google AdWords, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Video, and Affiliates, focusing on lead generation, including keyword selection, ad copy creation, and budget allocation to maximize conversions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue across various digital channels.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management, from lead generation to acquisition, customer experience, cross-sell, and retention.
  • Conduct thorough market research, including keyword analysis and audience research, to identify target audience segments and optimize advertising strategies accordingly.
  • Implement effective tracking mechanisms, such as conversion tracking and ROI using analytics tools, to measure campaign performance and gather insightful data for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to maximize individual and team performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights on campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product and design teams, to develop landing pages and assets aligned with campaign strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in digital marketing, and incorporate relevant innovations into marketing strategies.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and present actionable insights to the marketing team and stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on digital advertising channels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing strategies that deliver measurable results and achieve business goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and campaign management best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
