As a US IT Recruiter you will be concentrating on US IT Staffing. You will handle all aspects of:


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non IT Position , from sourcing the candidate from different job portals.
  • Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and social media recruitment.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top security talent globally.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear communication and transparency.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source candidates.
