Technical Skills:

  * Proficiency in Python or R: Familiarity with writing clean, efficient code and using libraries specific to AI, such as NumPy, pandas, and SciPy.

  * Knowledge of scikit-learn: Use for classical machine learning algorithms and preprocessing tools.

  * Proficiency in PyTorch: Understanding of deep learning and the ability to implement neural networks.

  * Familiarity with Jupyter Notebooks: Efficient for experimentation and prototyping.

  * Knowledge of Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) like PyCharm or Visual Studio Code: Useful for larger projects.

  * Understanding of Git and GitHub: Ability to manage code repositories and collaborate with team members.

  * Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs: For integrating AI models with other systems and applications.

  * Understanding of basic algorithms and data structures: Essential for implementing efficient solutions.


Data Handling:

  * Techniques for handling missing values, outlier detection, and data normalization: Ensures clean input data for models.

  * Experience with data wrangling tools like pandas: For cleaning and transforming raw data into usable formats.

  * Use of visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn): For identifying trends and patterns in data.

  * Knowledge of descriptive statistics: To summarize and understand data distributions.

  * Proficiency in SQL: For querying and managing relational databases.

  * Understanding of NoSQL databases like MongoDB: For working with unstructured data.


Analytical Skills:

  * Strong analytical thinking: Ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.

  * Logical reasoning: Essential for designing effective algorithms and solutions.
