As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and deployment of advanced LLM-based applications.

You will work at the forefront of AI research, collaborating with a talented team to design, implement, and optimize cutting-edge LLM solutions that address complex challenges across various industries.

Responsibilities :

- LLM Expertise : Possess an in-depth understanding of LLM architectures (Transformers, GPT, BERT, etc.).

- Proficiently deploy and fine-tune pre-trained models.

- Demonstrate a proven track record of training LLMs from scratch.

- Research & Algorithm Development : Spearhead the design and implementation of innovative machine learning algorithms.

- Manage and preprocess data, ensuring its quality and suitability for model training.

- Model Implementation & Validation : Develop scalable and efficient machine learning models using industry-standard frameworks.

- Implement robust validation processes to guarantee model accuracy and reliability.

- Optimization & Scaling : Lead efforts to optimize model performance for both speed and accuracy.

- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure smooth large-scale model deployment.

- Deployment : Translate research algorithms into production-ready code, ensuring seamless integration with Kooe Private Limited's platforms.

- Partner with DevOps to manage cloud-based deployment, prioritizing maintainability and stability.

- Performance Monitoring & Maintenance : Develop and implement tools to continuously monitor model performance.

- Proactively address performance issues and adapt models to new data and metrics.

- Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate effectively with diverse teams across the organization.

- Clearly communicate complex machine learning concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Continuous Learning & Mentorship : Stay abreast of the latest developments in the ever-evolving field of machine learning.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.

Qualifications :

- Essential : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in machine learning or a relevant domain.

- Proficiency in Python, C++, or similar programming languages.

- Extensive experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other machine learning frameworks.

- A solid grasp of machine learning algorithms and their underlying principles.

- Demonstrated expertise in working with LLMs.

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal).
