Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and driving continuous improvement in delivery processes.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding delivery issues, escalations, and overall service satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and business objectives to ensure alignment with delivered services.


Project Oversight:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.


Team Coordination:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and support staff, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Ensure resources are allocated effectively and team members are aligned with project goals.


Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of projects to ensure compliance with established methodologies and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.


Financial Management:

  • Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting financial performance.
  • Ensure financial objectives are met by controlling costs and maximizing resource utilization.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors to secure favorable terms.


Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance delivery capabilities and support business growth.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding services and increasing revenue streams.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 18+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale projects and teams.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT services, project management methodologies, and technology solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage conflicts, and drive performance.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Client-Focused: Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction and a track record of building strong client relationships.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support delivery activities.
