HR Executive – Print House Machinery Operations

The HR Executive for Print House Machinery Operations is responsible for managing the workforce involved in operating and maintaining the machinery within a print house. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure that employees are properly trained, assigned, and supported in their roles related to machinery operations. The HR Executive will play a key role in optimizing workforce productivity, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.


Responsibilities

1. **Employee Recruitment and Onboarding:**

  - Develop job descriptions and requirements for roles related to machinery operations.

  - Conduct interviews and select candidates with the appropriate skills and experience.

  - Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are adequately trained on machinery and safety protocols.


2. **Training and Development:**

  - Identify training needs for employees operating print house machinery.

  - Organize training sessions on equipment usage, maintenance, and safety.

  - Implement continuous development programs to keep employees updated on new technologies and procedures.


3. **Workforce Management:**

  - Schedule shifts and allocate workforce based on production demands and machinery requirements.

  - Monitor employee performance and productivity, providing feedback and support as needed.

  - Address and resolve any issues related to attendance, performance, and disciplinary matters.


4. **Health and Safety Compliance:**

  - Ensure all employees adhere to health and safety regulations.

  - Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments of machinery and work areas.

  - Organize safety drills and emergency response training sessions.


5. **Employee Relations:**

  - Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

  - Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and improve workplace conditions.

  - Organize team-building activities and morale-boosting initiatives.


6. **Administrative Duties:**

  - Maintain accurate records of employee information, attendance, and performance evaluations.

  - Prepare reports on workforce efficiency, training outcomes, and safety compliance.

  - Manage payroll and benefits administration for employees in machinery operations.


7. **Operational Support:**

  - Collaborate with production managers to understand machinery requirements and workforce needs.

  - Assist in the implementation of new machinery and technology, ensuring employees are prepared for changes.

  - Monitor and analyze workforce utilization to optimize operational efficiency.


#### Qualifications:


- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or print house environment.

- **Skills:**

 - Strong understanding of machinery operations and safety standards.

 - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

 - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

 - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
