About the Role:

We're seeking a talented and passionate Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product. You'll be responsible for defining the product vision, driving product strategy, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the overall business goals.
  • Conduct market research and user analysis to identify opportunities and pain points.
  • Define product vision, mission, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align product priorities.
  • Break down complex product features into actionable user stories and tasks.
  • Product Development: Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure product requirements are clearly communicated and implemented effectively.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on product designs and features.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to understand user behaviour, identify trends, and inform product decisions.
  • Use A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize product features.
  • Track key metrics and report on product performance to stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a product-based company.
  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for building great products and a user-centric mindset.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Google Analytics).
