Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to banking domain, including but not limited to Transactional Banking, CIB (Corporate internet banking) -Payments, collections, Direct Debit is preferable

Understand the current product built by organization and build training material based on it.

Research and stay updated on current & emerging banking trends, RBI regulatory guidelines and knowledgeable about various products in the market in banking domain.

Design engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and simulations, to effectively convey complex concepts and techniques.

Deliver training sessions through various formats, such as instructor-led classes, workshops, webinars, and online courses, catering to diverse learning styles and preferences.

Collaborate with subject matter experts, software developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions to address knowledge gaps.

Provide individual coaching and mentoring to software professionals to support their skill development and career growth objectives.

Maintain documentation and training resources, including manuals, guides, and online repositories, to facilitate ongoing learning and reference.

Stay abreast of industry certifications and credentials relevant to banking domains and assist employees in obtaining and maintaining certifications as needed.

Contribute to the overall learning and development strategy of the organization by providing insights, recommendations, and innovative ideas for continuous improvement
