Role Description
This is a full-time onsite Deputy Sales Manager role located in Jabalpur at Axis Bank. This is an Individual profile.Candidate will work with all the central Gov offices and state government offices in the Product National pension system.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management in the banking or financial services industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team, driving results and meeting targets
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Sound understanding of financial products and services - deposits, loans, cards, forex, third-party products, etc.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage priorities effectively
