Job Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development In Sales. This role is based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India and is a Full-Time position. As a Business Development In Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth for our company. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and reaching out to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on lead generation and closing deals. If you are a proactive and energetic individual with excellent communication and presentation skills, we want to hear from you


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in business development
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of market research techniques
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Energetic and self-motivated
  • Ability to travel as required

Required Experience: 1 to 3 Years from POS industry and FMCG retails experience

Education : Any Bachelor's degree


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to the management
